  • What makes your products unique?

    All products are entirely handcrafted and minor differences are natural. But this always means that they are going to be unique. Uniqueness, originality and attention to detail make every product different from others, no two are exactly the same.

  • Do you use paraffin waxes?

    No, we use only Beeswax, Soy and Coconut waxes for all candles.

  • Have any of the products been tested on animals?

    No, we do not test any products on animals.

  • Why the products are not dispatched immediately after placing the order?

    Every item at SYSO is handmade and generally requires a longer production time than mass-produced products.

  • Do you offer gift wrapping services?

    Yes! All our products come with complimentary gift wrapping so you don’t have to pay extra.

  • How do I take care of the candles?

    All of our candles come with a candle care card. Always follow the instructions to ensure your candles stay looking & smelling great!

  • Why is my candle scent is weakened?

    It’s normal for natural wax candles to have scent degradation because the molecules of fragrance oil will evaporate from the wax into the air constantly even when the candle is not burning. It’s best to burn the candle as soon as possible if you want to enjoy the strongest strength of its aroma.

  • Why is my candle colour is faded?

    Exposure to UV light causes candle discolouration. For the best results, try to avoid keeping unlit candles in a place with direct sunlight.

  • How to prevent soot from turning the candle jars black?

    1. Trim wicks regularly

    2. Extinguish candles with a candle extinguisher or dipper

    3. Keep candles away from drafts

  • Why do the products I received look slightly different from the website?

    All of our products are handmade and unique, therefore, the actual pieces may slightly vary in colour and size from the images shown online. We strive to provide the most accurate information about each product. Please make sure that you have carefully read the descriptions and viewed the images of each item before placing an order.


FAQs - Flower Preservation

  • How long will my preserved flowers last?

    While we aim for the flowers to last a lifetime, we cannot guarantee that there will be no fading of the flowers. To maintain the preservation pieces' appearance, it's best to keep them away from direct sunlight.

    Some white flowers may turn brown after preservation.

  • Can I send you my dried flowers?

    Yes! We accept dried flowers. Please follow step 1 before sending us your flowers. We will assess whether we can use your dried flowers.

  • How do I send my flowers?
