  • How much does delivery cost?

    Delivery charges per order – £3.95, we send orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

    FREE UK delivery will be applied to all orders over £60. Enter “FREESHIP” during checkout.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We offer shipping to only England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Man.

    Currently, we do not deliver to the Channel Islands, Gibraltar, British Overseas Territories and other countries outside of the United Kingdom.

  • When will my order be ready?

    Every product is handmade by us, for this reason, please allow for 6-8 working days for them to be dispatched.

    In some instances, we may be able to ship orders within 2-5 working days if the products you ordered have been recently made.

    You will always receive an email once your order is made and has been dispatched. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order.

  • Do I need to enter my phone number at the checkout?

    A phone number is required for delivery purposes. The recipient will receive an SMS notification from our courier once the order has been dispatched.

    If you are sending gifts and are not located in the UK, you may leave it blank or enter the recipient’s phone number.

Returns

  • How can I return my order?

    You are welcome to return any product to us for a full refund as long as:

    1. the item is returned within 14 days of receipt

    2. the item is unopened, in original packaging and in a resalable condition

    3. there must be no scratches or marks on the product and the product must not be used or damaged

    Please note that the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to post your return.

    If you are returning faulty or damaged products, we will refund the cost of your return if you supply us with a delivery receipt. We kindly request you contact us before you send your return.

  • How can I exchange my order?

    If your order has arrived damaged, please send us photographs immediately of the damaged items with your order number. Please note that products can only be exchanged with photo evidence.

    Contact us for assistance and we’ll get back to you promptly. The buyer is responsible for the delivery cost of all returned items.
